Mattaliao Cafe @ Sungai Bakap, Penang

When i first heard about the Mattaliao Cafe, i thought this is going to be a Police Station Theme Cafe because Mattaliao in Penang hokkien means Police Station but instead it does not look like one. Mattaliao Cafe does serve some nice food in a simple yet comfortable environment. There are not many seating place but service is good and food serving is fast.

Tom Yam Udon | 东炎乌冬面 RM 10.90

Food serve here is a combination of Western and Asian. I tried their Tom Yam Udon which is something special where Japanese Udon mix with Thai Tomyam. The tomyam is not spicy but it has its tomyam taste to it and it goes surprisingly well with the Udon. The other food that i tried is their Chicken Chop with a lot of gravy on top, some fries and salad at the side.
