STFCC @ Lebuh Campbell, Georgetown, Penang

Just months ago, my social media feed was bombarded with a lot of posting from friends about this place call STFCC. I thought it was a company or something but after a details look, it is actually an industrial concept fried chicken shop located at Lebuh Camphell in Penang which serve unique and fusion flavours of fried chicken.

If you want to try something different other than those chain fried chicken store then STFCC is the place to be, they serve fried chicken with few different types of flavours which you can choose from their set combo. Depending on what you like, i am pretty sure that some of the flavours will suite your taste.

Nasi Lemak Thai Chili Fried Chicken RM 21.90

During my visit, i tried their Nasi Lemak Thai Chili Fried Chicken. If i were to rate this as a Nasi Lemak, then i would say the Nasi Lemak is just average but the Fried Chicken is tasty. Though it is call as Thai Chili Fried Chicken, it is not too spicy, making it just nice for a plate of Nasi Lemak. It is serve with the usual Ikan Bilis, Sambal, Cucumber but at STFCC they added some Egg and Papadom.

Honey Mustard + Butter Corn + Potato Salad

My personal favorite is their Combo Set Fried Chicken which i have the freedom to choose 1 type of sauce that i like and 2 side dish of which i choose Honey Mustard as the sauce to pair with sides of Butter Corn and Potato Salad. The side dish is in small serving but 6 piece of Boneless Fried Chicken is more than enough for me, though the size is small. In terms of taste, it is tasty, especially when i am a fan of Honey Mustard, the fried chicken goes so well with it.

HFT Sugar Cane Herbal Tea RM 7.90

While for the drinks, they only serve bottle or can drinks. So i ordered their Sugar Cane Herbal Tea which is serve in  a ready made bottle. Order is done through their online apps.
