In welcoming the holy month of Ramadhan, Iconic Hotel Penang is now serving arrays of delicious Iftar offerings under its 'Singgah Iftar Buffet Ramadhan' theme buffet. With wide range of food to choose from their Buffet section, guest will be spoilt for choice this Ramadhan.

Starting off the Ramadhan buffet with some Kurma to help ease the rumbling tummy after a day long of fasting. Input some energy with Kurma serve at the Singgah Iftar Buffet Ramadhan before digging into the Mains from the Buffet Section. There are few types of different Kurma to choose from.

Other than Kurma, there are some other small bites food for everyone to munch on to boost up the appetite for more tasty food throughout the entire buffet session.

There are more food than just the food from the Mains Section. Throught the entire Singgah Iftar Buffet Ramadhan, diners can try different food like different types of Kerabu for example Kerabu Ayam, Kerabu Ikan BilisTempe, Kerabu Daging, Kerabu Mempelam Muda, Kerabu Kambing Pudina, Kerabu Soo Hoon, Kerabu Makanan Laut and Tauhu Sumbat. There are also different types of Sambal that goes well with the food serve here at Iconic Hotel Penang's buffet dinner for example Sambal Belacan, Cincaluk, Sambal Mangga, Budu, Kicap Cili Padi, Air Asam and Sambal Hijau which will get your test buds fired up !

For Seafood lover, there are also a Seafood Section specially dedicated to everyone who love eating fresh seafood. Udang Harimau, Kekapis, Ketam Bunga and Kupang Hitam are some of the Seafood that you can find at the Buffet dinner. It is really nice to get those fingers dirty digging into the seafood available here at Iconic Hotel Penang. To make things even more interesting there are few Action Station setup inside the Mezza9 Restaurant of Iconic Hotel Penang where Chef will be at the station to prepare food as per order directly in front of you so that you can see how the food is being prepare and serve hot. There will be a lot of Fire, Water and Food action at the Action Station.

At the Action Station, diners can find food like the very famous Penang Local dish, the Char Kuey Teow and also Satay. There will also be Shell Out which is made from Clam, Prawn, Baby Octopus, Scallop, Mussel which is serve with Condiments like Kam Heong Sauce with some Lady's Finger, Corn and Onion. For more Live Action, Asam Laksa station is also set up, Seafood Tom Yam, Bihun Sup Utara Istimewa, Apam Balik, Popiah Basah and also not forgetting their Ikan Bakar.

Priced at only RM 109.00 + for Adult, the amount of food that diners get is already worth the money pay. To make it even more worth, Iconic Hotel add more food to their Singgah Iftar Buffet Ramadhan to make sure that everyone who dine in during their Buffet Dinner goes home with a satisfy tummy. With that said, they also thrown in some random tasty food like Dim Sum, Pau, Pasembor, Ketupat, Keropok Lekor which comes in type like Losong, Nipis, Dadu and Batang, Burger Special, Roti John Mini and many different types of Keropok.

There will also be two different types of soup everyday such as Sup Daging Campur and Sup Cendawan Berkrim. Having a bowl of hot soup while eating buffet is really comforting to the tummy.

Something sweet to end a buffet is always the best, Ais Batu Campur, Cendol, Sirap Gula Melaka, Jeli Pelangi, Kismis, Dark Chocolate Fondue, Pengat and some Bubur Kampong just to name a few are some of the dessert prepared at this year Singgah Iftar Buffet Ramadhan.
