The special buffet dinner at Cafe 168 will feature a variety of traditional Polish dishes, including Beef Tartare with Egg Yolk Emulsion, Pierogi with Cheese and Roast Salmon with Asparagus Velouté, among others. Guests can indulge in these authentic flavours while enjoying the elegant ambiance of Cafe 168. To make the food taste more authentic to the taste of actual Poland food, the Chefs themselves bring some of the own ingredient use in the cooking of all these amazing food directly fly them all the way from Poland ! During this Polish Food Buffet, guest will get to sample many unique taste of food. I personally think that this is a very good experience as there are no where else to try authentic Poland food in Penang. Some food may have the same name as the food we had in Malaysia but it definitely look different and taste different too. Small bites food like Chicken Salami, Beef Salami, Marinated Trout and more is also available.

A buffet will not be complete without its dessert ! Chef Mariusz Olechno and Chef Marcin Budynek got you covered with their signature dessert too. Some of their must try Polish dessert are Cheesecake, Apple Pie and Meringue with Date Cream is also available during the buffet.
