The name does sound misleading, haha ! Auction Rooms is actually a restaurant in Kimberley Hotel at Jalan Sungai Ujong, Penang.
Auction Rooms looks classy and a bit like a high standard type of restaurant, well, that is how i feel entering Auction Rooms, haha ! Their service is good and food is tasty too.
Grilled BBQ Chicken RM22.00
(A hearty crispy chicken fillet grilled to golden perfection, served with in house BBQ sauce, accompanied by sides of sauteed vegetables and steamed white rice)
Smoked Duck Carbonara RM22.00
(A classic carbonara dish with a modern twist of smoky, tender duck pieces and wild shiitake mushrooms)
I love the Smoked Duck Carbonara, the taste is perfectly cooked but the duck is a little bit salty for me and the Grilled BBQ Chicken taste good too, i like the gravy they put on the BBQ Chicken, it is yummy !
