Milk Tea, Egg Tarts and Pineapple Bun With Butter is what said to be a must try when traveling to Hong Kong. So i found Kam Wah Cafe | 金華冰廳 | which is located at Prince Edward and try out their Milk Tea, Egg Tarts and Pineapple Bun With Butter.

Pineapple Bun With Butter

The weird thing about this Pineapple Bun is, there is no Pineapple taste to it, what happen to the Pineapple ?! haha, The Bun is not bad but too oily for me, probably because of the butter that is dripping out from the hot bun, haha ! The outer layer of the bus is crunchy and nice, i like it ..

Egg Tarts

Food service here at Kam Wah Cafe is really fast, that is why they are able to serve hot Egg Tarts. The egg inside the tart is still soft and warm making it nice to eat.

I personally prefer the Iced Milk Tea, It taste much better than the hot one. It is not a surprise that the service here is not as good as those we get from cafe in Malaysia. Hong Kong people wants everything to be fast, well i did get yell at a few times by the waitress in this cafe and were even get scolded when we only order 3 drinks for 4 people as they have a rules were everyone must order a cup of drink and the minimum spending here is HKD 20.00 per person. Our total spending here is HKD 98.00 for total of 9 items.

Getting There :

• Kam Wah Cafe is just 3 Minutes walk from Exit B2 of Prince Edward MTR Station.
• While facing Sai Yeung Choi Street, turn right and walk straight.
• Walk until the 3rd junction and turn left into Bute Street.
• Then you will see Kam Wah Cafe on your left.
