Many years ago, this place that Restaurant Liang Khee is occupying right now belongs to Northern Star Cafe which is now permanently closed and is being replaced by Restaurant Liang Khee restaurant. I have been here few times for Lunch and also Dinner. Liang Khee Restaurant offer variety of 'Zhu Char' (Home Cooked Oriental Food) and also Tomyam Noodles or Porridge after 10.00 pm.
The environment here might not be the perfect environment for a Restaurant but it has quite a lot of food to offer and the price is reasonable. I feel that the serving portion is a bit small.
The food here is not bad and i like to come here to eat is because this is the only 'Zhu Char' i can find in Auto City, all the other restaurant here are either Western or Cafe which is not as cheap as the food here in Liang Khee Restaurant.
