A new addition of hotel is now open at Tanjung Tokong, Penang ! Hompton By The Beach is now open not only for guest to stay but also to serve them food. Seafood Galore Buffet Dinner at Hompton is featuring fresh seafood in buffet style, where you can have your seafood free flow.

Before we jump into their seafood, let us look at their mains, there are food like the Cintan Mee Mamak Style, Roasted Chicken, Grilled Fish Fillet with Lemon Essence and a few more. Even though the name of the buffet is Seafood Galore but if you are not a seafood fans, you may try out their mains too.
Other than the mains, they also have some smaller bite food, like sushi, salad and some cheese. When it comes to Seafood Galore, Hompton is featuring their fresh seafood, some are even alive when they prepare to cook it, which mean you can choose from their small aquarium full of crabs and prawns which is still alive before they cook it.
Hompton also prepared some sauce where you can eat it with their seafood, i like their sauce, it is sweet and spicy at the same time. There are choices of Scallop Roe, Black Shell Mussel, Flower Crab, Slipper Lobster, Crab, Prawn and more to choose from. If you are craving for something hot, there is a corner for Noodles Soup as well.
After a good load of seafood, guest may proceed to Hompton's dessert corner where dessert like, cakes, ice kacang, ice cream and fruits are being served.
At Hompton, they do serve alcoholic drinks too there is extra charges to the alcoholic drinks which is not included in their buffet price. So if you are interested in ordering some alcoholic drinks then you may inform their staff at the counter that you would like to include the alcoholic drinks into your buffet package.
In terms of environment, i like it here in Hompton, from their Restaurant name as Spice Garden, i can see beach view and it is simply amazing. The setting at Spice Garden is comfortable and relaxing.
