G.Tiang Restaurant which is located at Bedong, Kedah is just an ordinary restaurant serving various Chinese dish. With plenty seating place G. Tiang is able to accommodate a lot of customer as once. What makes me wanted to come G.Tiang Restaurant is their Steam Tua Pan.
Tua Pan is actually something like Koey Teow but in bigger size. The Tua Pan is being steam cook with come tomato, egg and fish in it. Unlike those i have tried else where, the Steam Tua Pan here is not oily and the fish in it is well cooked. It taste good and it is a must try dish if you are here in G.Tiang Restaurant.
Other than the Steam Tua Pan, i also tried their Fried Tofu and Sambal Sotong. These two dish is tasty too. The Fried Tofu is very crunchy on the outside but very soft on the inside. The Tofu taste fresh and goes really well with their sweet and sour chili sauce. For the Sambal Sotong it is spicy but i am still able to handle it well. The sotong is not too chewy and the samble gives a very tasty taste to the sotong, love this dish here at G.Tiang too.
If you wish to have some greens, of course G.Tiang has it too. Overall, the food here is tasty, place is clean but their service is a bit slow.
