My Burnt Cheese Cake was delivered to me in a nice looking bag and is covered up in a hard cover box keeping in chilled and clean. There are a candle in it with a plastic knife. In terms of packing and presentation, it is done very well. I receive the cake in good shape.
There is a HALAL logo on the box to indicate that this cake is HALAL and is good for everyone. In terms of looks, a Burnt Cheese Cake may not look very colourful but don't be fool but its outlook. A bite of it will make you can't stop eating, that is exactly what happened to me.
The taste of the Cheese is so strong that every bite of it is so satisfying. Though it is a Burnt Cheese Cake but the taste of the Burnt is not strong, which is what i like because i am not really a fan of the strong taste of bitter burnt cheese, but in this case, since it is mild, i enjoy it very much.
The texture of the cheese is very smooth and i also enjoy it being not too soft or too hard, the texture felt just right. Its strong cheese taste fill my mouth with every bite. Its sweetness level is mild and is able to preserve it original cheese flavor. The cake still taste good even after refrigerating it overnight. It does not become dry or become hard.
