Honestly, if you ask me, i am not sure if this He and She Coffee place is open to public or not ? He and She Coffee is located inside of University of Science Malaysia (USM) in Penang Island. But if you are a student studying here in USM or you are a student visiting USM, then go ahead and try their food here at He and She Coffee. Look for Kafe Siswa at Bangunan G-26 and you will find He and She Coffee.
The entire building of Kafe Siswa is He and She Coffee. There are plenty of place to sit outdoor but only a few seating place inside the cafe itself. The environment here is really nice and the seating place inside is comfortable. Most of the food here is self service where you need to make your order at the counter then once the food is ready, you will need to go to the counter gain to collect your food. The process is simple.
In terms of food, they have a small list of items inside their menu. There are some rice, spaghetti, porridge, some cakes, pastries and coffee.
These small list of menu is good enough for students who would like to get a quick bites in between classes but if you have some spare time, then maybe you can try a cup of coffee and some cakes while spending time with friend here.

Food serving portion here is average, one regular plate like this is enough to fill your tummy. During my visit, i ordered their Spaghetti Bolognese, Buttermilk Chicken Rice and salted egg croissant to have it with a cup of Mocha. The food taste average but i love their salted egg croissant and Mocha.
