C'est Si Bon at Vouk Hotel Suites is now offering their own style of 'Chu Char Ikan Bakar', the Semi Buffet Dinner that showcases an array of scrumptious delicacies made from the luxurious seafood in authentic Southeast Asian cooking style to tickle your tongue bringing you a top notch dining experience.





At the Vouk Chu Char session, you get to choose the type of ingredient or food that you want from their buffet counter and have the chef cook it there for you. You can even choose the amount you want and the taste you like. Highlighting some of the well know seafood like Seabass and Live Crabs, the buffet brings you a taste of freshness from fish to shellfish. Enhanced by the must try rotating semi buffet delicacies including, Steamed Fragrant White Rice, Soup of the Day, Asian and Western takes on salads such as Ulam with various condiments for the extra flavouring, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad and Pesto Salad.






All the seafood here is fresh and you may say that some of it is still pretty much alive, that is how fresh it is as Vouk always make sure that they serve fresh food to their diners here at C'est Si Bon. Fresh from the sea right to your table, only the freshest catch makes the menu. Offering numerous styles of cooking for example Deep Fried Fish Nyonya Style, Teochew Style Steamed Fish, Kam Heong Clams among others tailored to your taste buds. You may choose which type of cooking by letting the chef know your preference.



The highly recommended and also the best way to kick start the dinner is to dine into the award winning chefs signature 'Three Flavoured Sauce Deep Fried Fish' which give you a mix flavour of three sauce that will open up your appetite to try on other food from the buffet counter. Other than that, the Deep Fried Fish with Kerabu Salad is also a recommended dish to try as you continue the fresh sensation. If you want something special, their Ikan Bakar is also available for you to try on, Garlic Butter Prawns among others and not forgetting the side dishes such as Egg and Vegetables cooked in a variety of styles that goes well with the fish.
